A Day Retreat Experience

Attune to your heart's innate wisdom during this day retreat experience at the Goslin Nature Center in Lancaster.

Learn ancient and modern-day meditative practices to connect deeply with yourself. You'll receive a bottle of herbal oil and create a custom tea blend with herbs to support the heart.

Guest presenters include Ayurvedic practitioner Juan Mosquera, herbalist Tonya Kness and hug researcher Marcy Harris-Ortiz.


A slow flow yoga practice and sound bath will be led by yoga teacher and sound healing practitioner Elizabeth Wood, E-RYT 500.


Those with all levels of yoga and meditation experience are welcome. Yoga teachers are eligible to receive 2 CEUs through Yoga Alliance.

Boxed lunches will be catered by Freedom a la Cart.

  • Sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls and other percussion instruments.


The Goslin Nature Center is near U.S. Route 33, approximately 20-25 minutes from Canal Winchester. Event parking is next to the building.


  • 9:45am – Check-in begins 

  • 10:00-10:15am – Opening

  • 10:15-11:15am – Slow flow yoga

  • 11:15am-12:00pm – Herbalist-guided tea blending

  • 12:00-1:15pm – Lunch + nature hike

  • 1:15-2:00pm – Hug language session

  • 2:00-3:00pm – Ayurvedic self-care workshop

  • 3:00-3:45pm – Sound bath

  • 3:45pm-4:00pm – Closing and reflections
