Yoga Classes at The Wagnalls Memorial
Expect movement, breathing practices and meditation with options to tailor your practice. All levels of experience are welcome. These classes are held in the garden through September at The Wagnalls Memorial, 150 E. Columbus St., Lithopolis, Ohio. Classes return to the Community Building in October. Cost is $10 per class.​

Reiki Level 2 Training

Continue your Reiki journey with this Level 2 weekend training.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation and stress reduction that is used around the world. The focus of this level 2 training is to deepen your understanding of Reiki energy and to further explore using it for self-care and to share with others.

Level 2 attunement
Learn and work with 3 Reiki symbols
Explore sending distance Reiki
Printed training manual with worksheets and step-by-step guidance
Printable Reiki symbol cards (PDF file)
Certificate of completion.
Prerequisite: Completion of Reiki level 1 training
Full attendance and participation are necessary to receive a certificate of completion.

Sound Bath

Allow the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls to transport you to a deep meditative state. People who’ve experienced these sound baths reported feeling lighter and getting a good night’s rest afterward.
Bring a yoga mat and blanket. Heated eye masks will be provided.

Heated eye masks will be provided for this sound meditation event.
Bring a yoga mat. Other props, such as blankets, bolsters and chairs, are available at the studio.
Those with all levels of yoga and meditation experience are welcome.

iRest® Meditation
Monday, 11/18
Sycamore Wellness
​
iRest® meditation is an evidence-based practice that can support well-being.
This form of yogic sleep meditation includes body and breath sensing, intention-setting and exploring emotions. Research has shown that iRest alleviates insomnia, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress and chemical dependency.
These 60-minute classes are appropriate for new and experienced meditators. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Chairs will also be available.
