Outdoor Yoga at Wagnalls
These weekly drop-in yoga classes offer gentle, meditative movement and breathwork to support balance in the body and the mind. All levels of experience are welcome. Classes meet at The Wagnalls Memorial, 150 E. Columbus St., Lithopolis, Ohio.
Classes meet in the garden near the library through August. The Community Building is the backup location. Beginning in September, classes meet in the Community Building.

Connect with nature during Saturday morning yoga classes at McGill Park.
Expect slow, flowing movement and breathing practices to build strength and increase flexibility and balance. Walking meditation will be included.
This is for all levels of experience; options will be provided to tailor your practice. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat or blanket.
Classes will be led by yoga teacher Elizabeth Wood, E-RYT 500.
This program is offered through the Canal Winchester Joint Recreation District.

Allow the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and nature to support deep relaxation and inner peace. People who've experienced these sound baths have reported feeling calmer afterward.

Trauma Informed Care
Online Course
Life Changing Energy
This self-paced training explores trauma-informed teaching approaches, including:
Types of trauma
How to create a safe(r) practice space
Reading the energy in the room
Self-care considerations.
This course is open to yoga teachers and wellness professionals. Yoga teachers have the option to earn 3 or 5 CEUs through Yoga Alliance upon completion of this course.
