Summer Solstice Sound Bath
Friday, 6/20
Harrison Farm
Celebrate the first day of summer with an outdoor sound bath at Harrison Farm!
Ease into a state of deep relaxation with the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes and other percussion instruments.
Join us for this evening of intention-setting, community and connection with nature.
This event will be guided by yoga teacher Elizabeth Wood and Mary Beth Cowardin, founder of Calming Chimes.
They are co-authors of the international best selling book, The Call Within: Finding Purpose and Sparking Transformation.
Following the sound bath, view the sunset and say goodnight to the animals of Harrison Farm.
The sound bath will be in the hangar. It’s a covered, open-air event space.
Animal interactions are not planned, but are possible; during past yoga events, curious barn cats and chickens have wandered over to the hangar.
Bring a yoga mat or camping chair, and anything else you’d like to feel cozy (e.g., pillow, blanket).
Bottled water and eye masks will be provided.
ABOUT HARRISON FARM
