These weekly drop-in yoga classes offer gentle, meditative movement and breathwork to support balance in the body and the mind. All levels of experience are welcome. Classes meet in the Community Building at The Wagnalls Memorial, 150 E. Columbus St., Lithopolis, Ohio.

Explore gentle movement, breathing practices and meditation to support balance in the body and mind. Options will be provided to tailor your experience. All are welcome, whether you are just starting or have been practicing yoga for years.

Registration is required. This is a three-part yoga class series.  Attend any single class or the full series.

Spring Sound Bath Series
Canal Winchester Community Center

Join us for sound bath events designed to support deep rest.

This program is offered through the Canal Winchester Joint Recreation District.

These sound baths will include the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and guided iRest® meditation, an evidence-based practice.

Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat and blanket. Chairs will be available.

This sound bath program is led by certified iRest® teacher Elizabeth Wood, E-RYT 500.

Self-care considerations.

This course is open to yoga teachers and wellness professionals. Yoga teachers have the option to earn 3 or 5 CEUs through Yoga Alliance upon completion of this course.
