Yoga Classes at The Wagnalls Memorial
Expect movement, breathing practices and meditation with options to tailor your practice. All levels of experience welcome. These classes are held in the Community Building at The Wagnalls Memorial, 150 E. Columbus St., Lithopolis, Ohio. Cost is $10 per class.

Free Sound Bath

Immerse yourself in meditative sound during a sound bath experience at The Wagnalls Memorial, 150 E. Columbus Street, Lithopolis.
This 60-minute event is sponsored by the Mary Ann Johnston Fund.
It features crystal singing bowls and other percussion instruments to encourage deep relaxation. This sound bath will be led by certified sound healing practitioner Elizabeth Wood.

Pop-Up Yoga Classes at Carroll Cup
December 4, 11 and 18
Begin your week with yoga classes geared toward relaxing, unwinding and feeling good in your body.
These pop-up yoga classes at Carroll Cup Coffee House are 60 minutes in length and include a free drink.
Classes will be led by yoga teacher Elizabeth Wood, E-RYT 500, who will guide you through movement, meditation and breathing practices.
Free drinks are redeemable on the day of class. Drink selections include a variety of caffeine-free teas.
All levels of yoga experience are welcome. Options will be provided to tailor your practice.
