Reiki Healing

Service Description

Reiki is a technique for relaxation and stress reduction that is used around the world. This Level 1 training focuses on working with Reiki energy as a self-care practice.  ​ We’ll explore centering and contemplation practices to work with this harmonizing energy, and spend time sharing Reiki with others. ​ Attendance and participation are necessary to receive a certificate of completion. This workshop will be led by Reiki Master Teacher Elizabeth Wood. ​ What you’ll learn and receive: -  Reiki history -  Attunements to sense and begin working with Reiki energy -  How to practice Reiki for self-care -  Level 1 training manual -   Level 1 certificate of completion. ​ Dates:  Friday, January 20, 2023 from 6-8pm Saturday, January 21, 2023 from 1-5pm ​ Self-investment: $197
